Best Western Plus Palm Court Hotel, Davis

I had a wonderful stay at the B Palm hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The service was fantastic, with kind, courteous, and helpful staff from making the reservation to the entire stay. The location couldn't be beat, offering easy access to charming downtown Davis. Although the dining options were good, I was impressed by the great Happy Hour deals and delicious breakfasts.

The hotel's mini-suites were spacious and nice, immaculate, but decor showed signs of cutting corners. My room was excessively hot upon arrival. The service was exceptional; they even called the police for us and sorted out our rental car exchange efficiently. The location was amazing, perfect for exploring downtown or UC Davis. The dining experience included delicious traditional dishes and great Happy Hour deals, better than most places. Overall, a top-notch stay with unbeatable service and location.
